First off, I want to point out that this is a self-taken photo. The look and feel of the image is just incredible to me. I love the blue hint of color and the exaggerated eyes. All of the techniques shown in this photo are essentially what I did with my ice girl tutorial, she just used different colors. Wow...just...wow.
